●Only one unit of the same product can be opened for the full experience. The refund amount does not include shipping and gifts. Once the promotional gifts are opened (including the seal), they cannot be returned.
●To protect your rights, please record the entire unboxing process. If you have any questions, please add our official LINE account [@jly6888] within seven days of arrival.
● Only one return service is available per order.
●If the total value of the returned goods is less than NT$1,000, the refund fee will be reduced by the shipping cost of that order.
●If you return items that are not from the original order (based on the batch number and expiration date), you will need to send back the correct items yourself and bear the round-trip shipping costs.
● Returned goods inspection includes: checking whether opened goods (including the seal, outer box or outer can) and unopened goods are intact. ※ After receiving the goods, please check for any defects and keep the packaging intact. Returns will not be processed if any parts are missing.
● Once the refund process is complete, customer service personnel will notify you via SMS.
● For goods purchased from other platforms, the return policy of each platform shall prevail.
