  • False Claims: Fraudsters frequently use tactics such as "Duplicate Orders" or "Accidental Installment Settings" to trick consumers into operating Online Banking or ATMs.

  • Protect Yourself: If a caller claims there is an issue with your bank account, please hang up and call your bank directly. If anyone asks you to provide personal data or manipulate your funds, refuse immediately.
